About P. Gnana

For over 25 years, P. Gnana has been captivating the art world as a painter, sculptor, and founder of Gnani Arts. As a child in Neyveli, Gnana was raised by his parents who would breed cows in their home. Now based in Singapore, Gnana continues channeling these distinctive motifs of cows, skyscrapers and religious imagery that are brought to life through experimentation and a blend of artistic techniques. His artworks act as a doorway into his own personal experience. Meditating on love, urbanism and cultural identity, these works invite reflection on connection and tradition.

Paintings by Gnana are in collections of the former president of the Republic of Singapore, the Singapore Art Museum, National Heritage Board and of the current ambassador of India to the United Arab Emirates. In addition, his works have been successfully auctioned by the masterpiece auction house. Gnana made his debut in New York in 2011 and continues to present his work at prestigious exhibitions in Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia and selected cities across the world.
